Architect

Dan is a RIBA Chartered Architect with 20 years post qualification experience.  Dan has managed projects in the residential and care sector with contract values from £500,000 to £13M. These include award winning regeneration schemes in Leicester and Leamington Spa.

A Chartered Architect who brings a wealth of skills and experience to our team with an in depth understanding of site appraisal, land sourcing, funding models and the commercial aspects of design. 

A recent project of note includes Architect and Lead Consultant on new build residential scheme of 118 units in Rugby, Warwickshire. 

Dan’s clients include Linden Homes, Lidl GMBH UK, Kingsley Healthcare and Oak Retirement.
