Why We Exist
Our Founder, Terry, an Army Veteran, knows the struggle of transitioning to civilian life. The loss of the protective Military ‘cocoon’, families splintered by distance and time apart. High housing costs and unemployment.
That’s why he built a business, together with his experienced team, which combines the vigour of military values with the ambition of property development. A business that helps those who’ve served, and offers investment returns.
We’re proud to contribute 5% of net profits from each development project to the following Veteran’s charities: Combat Stress and Haig Housing. These organisations have been chosen due to supporting veterans with housing and mental health issues.
