Non-Executive Advisor

Bill is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 45 years of experience in property. He has extensive experience in development and joint ventures across various property asset classes, including residential, commercial, and industrial. Bill has led small to medium, and complex schemes, with a combined GDV of over £250 million.  Notable projects include:  a 158-key hotel development in Corporation Street and an 80-apartment new build at 5 Ways, Birmingham. These were joint venture projects with Regal Properties.  

Bill’s specialisms include creating long-standing and meaningful relationships with Birmingham City Council and regional conservation groups, nurtured over 45 years as a developer in the Midlands.
