As CEO, Terry brings over 25 years of strong leadership and management skills to Ubique Developments. When working as a Programme Project Manager for a major developer, Terry was responsible for the management of eight new build and commercial – to – residential schemes with GDVs ranging from £2M to £36M. The role required him to supervise numerous project teams in the delivery of these developments on behalf of the developer.

Terry holds an Advanced City & Guilds in Buildings and Structural Finishing giving him a multi-disciplinary understanding of the trades and stringent standards required for a commercially viable finish. These skills are paramount to the successful leadership of his own consultants and the delivery of quality projects.

With his career spanning roles within the British Army, bomb disposal industry and now leading his property development company, Terry and his team take a conscious and calculated approach to risk management with every project. Over his career he has cultivated extensive leadership experience ranging from military leadership roles, leading de-mining teams and coordinating multiple contracts within the bomb disposal industry. Skills which now lend themselves perfectly to his role as CEO in Ubique Developments.
